Layflat Delivery Hose is for the conveyance and discharge of fluids under pressure.
Particularly suitable for irrigation and water supply application in general industries, civil and construction engineering, agricultural and shipbuilding.
Pressures: Values are given based on the short term burst pressure of the hose at 20°C based on a 3:1 safety factor.
This product is only suitable for open ended discharge applications. Pressure ratings are based on discharge pressure from the pump unit.
Note: Any increase in temperature above 20°C will result in a decline in working pressure values.
These hoses are not suitable for use with benzene, petrol, spirits, xylol, tuluol or solvents containing aromatics.
Layflat Delivery Hose provides the benefits of high performance with lightness in weight when compared with same size of spiral PVC delivery hose and rubber discharge hoses.
Additionally, it is easier to store, to handle and to transport.

The minimum pressure these pumps require is 2 meter's, if you do not have 2 meter’s differential from water level to discharge point,or a minimum of 14 meter's horizontal run, then use a 1" bore discharge hose or your motor will burn out
What is the lowest head pressure
Part numbers have changed to harmonise along with design changes. The part number stated is the current one in use, there are different numbers for OEM products also, if you have any doubts please advise the part number and we will confirm.

UK Mainland Delivery is normally by next working day courier if order is placed before 1.30pm. ie despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. If placed after 1.30pm then the goods will be despatched the next working day. ie Monday for Wednesday delivery. Highlands and offshore deliveries differ.
