1 1/4 BSP thread x 28mm deep. The hose barb is 42mm long and is 28.5mm diameter. Overhaul length is 80mm. Across the flats is 44mm

No, the thread is Polypropylene and when screwed into the pump the thred is self sealing
UK Mainland Delivery is normally by next working day courier if order is placed before 1.30pm. ie despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. If placed after 1.30pm then the goods will be despatched the next working day. ie Monday for Wednesday delivery. Highlands and offshore deliveries differ.
