The Ebara Matrix SB pumps are fitted with a full Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that varies the frequency of the motor in order to change the speed in relation to demand. Do not confuse with Variable Speed Drives (VSD) as there vary the voltage.
They also have the advantage over through put devices like the Speedmatic (Hydromatic) as there are no seals to fail and allow the product into the drive electrics. They can also operate with liquid temperatures up to 110° C instead of the 40° C of the throughput devices.
The units are supplied fully assembled and all pre-set to 3 bar pressure and on the correctly sized pipework it will produce 100 L/Min at the 3 bar
The maximum flow is 130 L/Min and the maximum pressure is 4.5 Bar
All other models can be supplied with the Speedboard Variable Frequency Drives
